Terms of Service
Please read the terms below:
♡ All prices are in USD
♡ Payment via Paypal ONLY
♡ Payment will be upfront, I will only start the commission process once payment is received!
♡ I will keep you updated by sending the sketch, lineart and finished commission.
♡ During the sketching phase, changes are allowed, a max of 5 times.
♡ After the sketch has been approved, I will proceed with lineart, after this no major alterations are allowed (eg no changing of the pose, addition of more characters/ heavy props or items )
♡ I reserve the right to deny commission requests if they're outside the range of my abilities
♡ I reserve the right to close, and refund, a commission at any point of the commission process
♡ Commission will be completed maximum 2 months after ordering, time may be extended in case of unforeseen circumstances etc.
♡ I DO NOT allow or consent to my art to be used for NFTs or AI
♡ Asking for changes after the approval of the finished commission will not be allowed once the commission is completed
♡ For my traditional art commissions there will be an option to mail the final commission to you, however, an additional mailing fee will be added onto the final price ( usually 5-10USD, it depends on your location )
Commercial Usage Terms

♡ The commissioned artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only.♡ You may use the artwork as a profile picture, wallpapers, or post it with credit etc (e.g., “Art by @shironuko_chan”).
❤︎ Commercial Use ❤︎
♡If you intend to use the artwork for monetized or promotional purposes, a commercial usage fee will apply.♡The fee will depend on the intended use and ranges from +100% to +350% of the base price.
♡ Examples of commercial use include (but are not limited to):
- Merchandise (stickers, prints, apparel)- Game assets- VTuber models or PNGtuber assets- Monetized social media or YouTube content- Promotional material for a brand/product/service

I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to reproduce, display, and publish it unless stated otherwise.You DO NOT have the right to mint/sell my work as NFTs or use it with AI generators.A full rights buyout (transferring ownership to the client) is available upon discussion and will cost +350% of the original price
Additional Info
I will draw :
- Females
- Males ( Depends I'm still practicing! )
- Simple Backgrounds (Eg. Hearts, Squares or what's in the example pics)
- Animal ears/tailsI will not draw :
- Mecha, Furry, NSFW
- Buff characters / muscles
- Gore ( Blood is fine though! )
- Complicated Backgrounds (Depends!)
Additional Prices :
- Extra characters are half the commission prices (Eg 2 Chars in a Full body will be 90+45!)
- More detailed characters will have extra charges base on how much details there are!
- Extra pets/ companions 5-10USD
